Dually Drain Pans Go Green
Our new Dually Drain Pans are green. We made them green because they are good for the Environment. They are a “Green Product”. They are made from re-cycled plastic. They catch oil and grease and prevent spills to help keep the Environment clean and re-cycle waste oils.
We also made them green for the color contrast between the waste oils that are drained into them and the pan to make them easier to use.
We also made them green because you can make some real green $$$ selling a “Green Product” to your customers, that they will love and that is good for the Environment.
The Dually Drain Pan is a lightweight
molded plastic drain pan that locks inside
heavy duty truck and trailer tubeless dual
wheels, allowing the user to cleanly and
safely drain oil or grease from the axles.
Because it locks in place, it allows the
user to do other things while the oil or
grease drain into it without having to hold
it in place. It covers the wheel area below
the axle and as such eliminates the need
for cleaning spills on wheels and surrounding
area.
It is easily removable from the wheel
by using the built in handles on each side.
It is flat on the bottom so it won't tip
over on bench or floor. It has two built
in drip proof spouts for easy waste disposal.
Dually Drain Pan has a capacity of 2 gallons
(256 ounces).
It is uniquely designed to
fit the contours of tubeless drop center
wheels sizes 22.5 and 24.5 inch diameter.
Please note
that some 22.5 inch
applications may require Dually
Drain Pan to be trimmed to
fit.

a groove that allows for easy trimming

How does it lock in place?
Simply set it in place and it locks onto the contours (drop center)
of the outer rim of dual wheels and wedges against the axle hub. It is
designed such that it will not tip out or roll inside the wheel.

If it locks in place, how do I get it out of the wheel?
Grab the handles on each side of the Dually Drain Pan and lift
it out of the wheel. It comes out easily.

What is it made of?
It is reprocessed HDPE high density polyethylene and the colors will vary. This
is the same stuff they make plastic gas cans from. It has a melt temperature
of 300 degrees F so if the axle is red hot and smoking don't drain the
oil in it.

Anyone who drains oil or grease from truck and trailer tubeless
dual wheel axles, which includes the professional technician and the owner/operator
that performs his own maintenance.

Why would I spend $24.95 for a Dually Drain Pan?
Because it will pay for itself in labor and clean up savings. You
won't have to hold whatever it is you use from the list above in place
while the axle drains and it will save you on clean up. You also won't
risk personal injury while you "cut the top out" of whatever it is you
use.
